Honda is making one huge statement in this year’s F1 season. Their 2007 Honda Racing F1 RA107 car will feature no sponsors whatsoever, but instead one big image of Earth, composed of pixellated names of persons that made a pledge on myearthdream.com.
The aim is to use Formula One’s huge global reach to highlight a huge global problem.

The Fearless Yachts‘ [ fearlessyachts.com ] 28 model, designed in collaboration with Porsche Design Studios (their first marine project). It goes 80mph (on water!) ~128kph. (Flash site, so you’ll have to click through to model 28.)
And then there is the even more impressive XSR48 of XSMG Marine [ xsmgworld.com ], which goes a cool 100mph ~160kph !!

The Saab BioPower Hybrid Concept runs on E100 (100% bioethanol), and delivers 260bhp without sacrificing any trunk or cabin accomodation. It is also the first hybrid convertible.

Loremo AG is a German company that is planning to bring a super fuel-efficient car on the market by 2009.
It has a two-cylinder diesel engine producing 20bhp, and weighs only 992 pounds (450kg). This, in combination with a very aerodynamic design, results in a 157 miles to the gallon fuel-efficiency (or 1,5 litre / 100km)!
Better yet, it will be widely available pretty soon at a very low price as well: less than €11,000 !
